"The parking was great. Off Street unit in a quiet setting. We couldn't even tell we were in a city. Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Towels, bedding and toiletries provided. Just pack your bag. The owners were very friendly and communicative. It was a great stay!"

"The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location was convenient, and overall the experience was enjoyable. My only concern is that the price has gone up quite a bit, and it is starting to feel a little too pricey for regular stays."

"Breakfast was hit or miss on proteins each day. Turkey sausage was dry the first day, bacon was really salty. Second day, "turkey" sausage(looked and tasted exaclty like the pork sausage the next day) was really good, bacon was so overcooked it was inedible. 3rd day only turkey sausage and pork sausage was available. They have a variety of bread, bagels, muffins and oatmeal with a big variety of toppings! Overall, there was enough options for me and my family to have something to eat each day before heading in to dc"

"Excellent location, 1-2 mins walk from metro, and few minutes steps your already at the center of the US Capitol. Complementary breakfast is a good start for your longday and expect a clean room at the end of the day as they have a daily housekeeping. The staff in reception are friendly and helpful. We arrived around 11:00 and aiming we can leave our luggage’s, but we were able to checked in. We stayed 3 nights with my husband and we definitely stay again in Capitol Hill hotel. "

"The stay was very disappointing. When we went into the parking area, we interrupted a drug deal. The parking was identified as a covered garage. Its a chain link fenced off area.When we got in the apartment, our kids couldn't go to sleep because of the noises the rats were making in the ceiling. When they woke up in the morning, there was rat poop all over both upstairs bedroom floors. It was disgusting. The add made it sound like there were places nearby to get brunch. Not that we could find. I wouldnt walk in this part of DC. Especially at night. Future travelers beware. "
