"The place was very clean, cozy, and had excellent customer service. My stay was short but very satisfying. Thanks to Casa Agave and Renzzi for their great service!"
"Nice property and really nice surrounding area. An easy walk using the Underline walking path to the Publix and the metro station. A short car ride to Little Havana. Pool was mostly in the shade - very cold when we were there, but might be nice during the summer."

"My boyfriend and I stayed at CitizenM Worldcenter for 4 nights and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend this hotel!
The staff are very kind, friendly and professional. In the lobby there are tons of different lounging options as well as workstations, which is so convenient. Great breakfast buffet with lots of options.
Our room was small but brilliantly designed to optimize space. Lots of storage, blackout blinds and a very very comfortable bed!
The location in downtown Miami is just steps to Bayfront park, Bayside Marketplace, and the view from the rooftop pool is amazing. Great pool with comfy loungers, umbrellas and towels provided.
And right next door within the Wordcenter are some nice shops and great restos (Serafina italian and Earls were both standouts) Lucky Strike bowling and arcade is also next door.
We loved our stay at this hotel!
The only thing to note is it is very well air conditioned! Every night I had to sleep fully clothed lol (sweatpants, socks, sweatshirt) to stay warm. But given how hot and humid it was outside, I did not mind!
Very chic hotel, well designed, beautiful decor, great food and staff, amazing location and well priced!"
