The biggest drawback though is that it had a few roaches (both dead and alive) in the bathroom and kitchen. The neighborhood and location was fine - I never felt unsafe or anything. We tried to have a fire in the firepit but the wood we bought wouldn’t light so our dreams of s’mores went out the window but otherwise, it was a wonderful stay. Nice restaurants close by and a Publix was just a minute away, highly recommend as a great and reasonable location if you are going to see the manatee. ##### Nancee D. I was a little concerned about the neighbors because of the condition of their rental houses but they are all quiet and no issues. I loved the fenced in yard because we brought our small dog. She travels with us. The yard needed to be mowed though. We were there for a week and it seemed nice to be able to cook our meals instead of eating out if we stayed in a hotel which are hard to find pet friendly with green space. ##### Lynn B.
