3/2 with hot tub, game room & boat slip

3 beds, 2 baths with hot tub and an entertainment room with pool table and foosball table. We are only minutes away from Three Sister Springs. Located one street over from Plantation Inn Resort & Golf Club where you can rent pontoon boats or launch your boat there. House comes with 1 boat slip across the street. Separate 20x20 entertainment room for the kids or adults alike with pool table, foosball table, dartboard, and 70" smart TV.

3 bedrooms/2 baths 2200 sq. ft. home with ALL new appliances and new furniture. The entertainment room will entertain the kids w/ a 70" smart TV, pool table, and foosball table. Relax in a 3-person heated hot tub in the screened-in patio. This property is not on the water.

Located within walking distance (1 street over) from Plantation Inn Resort where you can golf and/or rent pontoon boats. You can also launch your own boat there and dock it at our other house across the street, see picture.

House across the street is owned by me and is also a vacation rental (that one is on the water). Great for a family reunion if you want both homes.

Contactless check-in and out. Front door key code will be provided a day before check-in.

If you love seafood, you're in a good treat! The local restaurants here are to die for. The seafood is fresh and it's amazing.

Our home is centrally located, 3 minutes from 3 Sister Springs. Only about 5 minutes from downtown Crystal River with all the shops and restaurants.

Boat slip: 1 boat slip is available for this rental (see pictures) located across the street.
No smoking inside the house.

We stayed for 2 nights with some visiting family members, the house provided an ample space for all of us. It is very clean and well maintained, and conveniently located close to the heart of Crystal River. The game roomis definitely a bonus. We loved staying here and it had everything we needed, just as described. The kids loved playing in the game room and hanging out in the hot tub and we all loved being able to walk across the street to fish off the dock. The house was very clean and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out.

We had a great time! Easy check in and departure instructions. It was very convenient to bring our boat. The boat ramp is one road over from the house. There was plenty of room at the house to park our cars and trailers. You do have to walk across the road to get the dock but the guests staying at that house were very friendly too and plenty of room to fit everyone’s boat comfortably. The house itself was very clean. The kitchen had stuff to cook with, there were plenty of towels and even toiletries provided in the shower. The game room was awesome as well as the hot tub. We have nothing negative to say and would love to come back in the future!

Boatslip was misleading, walking through someones yard is very awkard. Bedroom 2 and 3 have beds shorter than a normal adult bed. Not realist for an adult male to sleep on. Mattress in master has a dip in it take makes it very uncomfortable for side and stomach sleepers. Pool sticks are child length. Fooze ball table ball return gone. Closet doors in all rooms broken.

Very clean and just like the pictures

Everything was in great shape, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and very nice. The house was extremely clean, their cleaners obviously pay attention to every detail. The shower heads are heavenly. Laundry room also very convenient. My kids loved learning how to properly play pool whenever it was raining outside. I liked that the kids bedrooms were to the left of the great room, and the master suite was to the right, giving us a little separation. The U shaped driveway is nice, and you can unload you car very close to the front door, and there's no steps, so this property would be great for anyone with mobility issues. Nice open and large living room/kitchen/dining great room area, nice for families. Large back patio is screened and has a table and chairs, so nice to get some air and not get bit by bugs.The hot tub wasn't usable, but the property owner didn't know that, and sent someone to fix it once she knew. She was very responsive and helpful to my texts, even late in the evenings. Would definitely stay again, and hoping to next Spring!

Scalloping weekend

This is the perfect location for scalloping in Crystal River and close to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and well stocked with anything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Boat dock steps from front door!

The house location is perfectly situated near shopping and restaurants so close to the three sister springs by boat. We brought our boat and kept it at boat dock across street. It is on a quiet dead end paved road so just a few steps you are at your boat safely. Our grandkids enjoyed riding scooters out front. Every detail inside was thought of for your convenience and comfort. House is very cozy, comfortable and has a homey feeling. Kitchen fully stocked and bathrooms even had shampoo, conditioner, body soap filled in dispensers. Plenty of towels for both bathrooms and also beach towels for hot tub. Mimi responds immediately via text if you have questions or needs. We left wallet behind and she made sure we got it back quickly! Game room and hot tub a plus. Highly recommend!

Great for a family of 4

This was the perfect getaway for our family of 4 (children aged 5 and 8). The house was lovely and clean and has a generous garden which the children enjoyed. We visited the following places and really enjoyed them. -Crystal River Escape Room (Museum room) - this was excellent -Bowling Alley -Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park -Hunter Springs Park - small play area, nice surroundings -The golf course - Plantation (2mins walk from the house) has a nice restaurant. -Coop Brewery - nice outdoor space

Perfect scalloping getaway

This property made a great home base for a family scalloping trip! We put the boat in right across the canal at Plantation. We had one rainy day, but the house had great options to keep our group busy between the hot tub and the game room. Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans and utensils. I would suggest buying salt/pepper/spices/oils if you plan to cook because the kitchen was not stocked with any of these items. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home!

This property is lovely and convenient to Crystal River activities. We rented this property in addition to the one across the street (same owner) which is on the canal. Both houses share a pool and dock. It was very easy to run back and forth to each house and have meals together and boat out into King's Bay. We had a great time!

Kid friendly friends trip

We, 3 friends, decided to take a trip with our kids. 11 people total (4 adults). This place was spacious enough for us all and had many local attractions to keep us busy. It was great being able to dock our boat and have a place to park the trailer. Plenty of room in the driveway for our cars. The screened in porch and pool was nice as well. The pool area could use some upgrades, loose rocks aren’t great for kids but that didn’t put a damper on our trip in the least bit. We would definitely return!

Girls trip!

This is a beautiful, spacious home with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the entertainment room on a night in by playing pool, foosball, and darts. It’s just a short ride to the center of Crystal River with shops and restaurants. A fun time was had by all! Thanks, Mimi!

Great place!

This property was very nice! It was in a nice neighborhood very close to all our river excursions. It is completely remodeled and had everything you need. Just bring your suitcase and groceries! My boys loved the game room and I loved the lay out and very sweet furnishings! We would definitely rent here again!

Awesome Place!

The Place was overall great. The location and boat dock access made it very convenient to enjoy crystal river. The family very much enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Very easy check in and great communication. Recommend 100%!
