« Le personnel est le gros + de cet hôtel. Ils sont très gentils et courtois. La piscine pour les enfants est super aussi et il y a beaucoup de sauveteurs. Par contre, Le prix ne vaut pas l'endroit. Ce sont de vieux bungalows et il a fait froid lorsque nous y étions et il n'y a pas de chauffage. La climatisation est difficile a régler et nous a rendu malades. A savoir il n'y a pas de réception, première fois que je n'en vois pas pour le check-in, cela se fait comme a une aire d'autoroute. Enfin,...

« This place was horrible. Looked nothing like the online pictured. Smelled of beer and cigarettes. In a very unsafe location. We checked in, saw the condition of the room and checked right back out. The room had no dresser but substituted with a file cabinet. Had a broken office chair in the room. Would not recommend this place to snybody. »

"Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cet hôtel à Kissimmee, près d’Orlando, et nous avons été très agréablement surpris. L’unité que nous avions louée pour deux personnes était extrêmement grande, impeccable et même impressionnante pour le prix très abordable que nous avons payé. Tout était très propre, autant dans la chambre que sur le site en général. Les piscines étaient également très bien entretenues et l’eau était toujours chaude, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous avons aussi reçu un excellent service de la part du personnel, toujours courtois et professionnels. Honnêtement, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation. Une très belle découverte ! ✨"

"L'appartement était spacieux, nous avions trois chambres et trois salles de bain, ce qui était fantastique pour notre famille de 4 (2 adultes et deux adolescents). L'endroit était propre et possédait toutes les fonctionnalités dont nous avions besoin. Il faut aussi savoir qu'il y a un code numérique pour accéder à chaque immeuble et un code numérique pour accéder à chaque appartement, ce qui est sécurisant. Nous avons aussi aimé la proximité à Orlando et nous avons profité de deux des piscines du site de même que du petit parc aquatique. Lors de notre séjour (1er au 8 novembre 2025), le grand parc aquatique était fermé pour la saison mais si vous y aller pendant qu'il est ouvert, vous y aurez accès gratuitement et je pense qu'il y a un transport offert par l'hôtel pour vous y amener. Je n'ai que de bons commentaires envers cet établissement et je vous le recommande fortement."
