Plenty of workspace, private, comfortable, convenient and quiet. Close to restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, kayaking, mountain biking...self check-in.

Guest Access:
U-shaped gravel driveway/level to pull in and out; non-covered parking
The thermostat It is in the hallway between the 2 bedrooms.

Guest have access to the entire house except for the basement.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Food Delivery:
We recommend using Shipt dot com for food deliveries, which will deliver directly to the property.

Sleeping Capacity: The property accommodates up to 6 guests. The standard capacity is 5 guests, with an additional guest fee of $5 per person, per night for the 5th guest. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.
