"Hotel inside and room looked clean and nice. However, after charging us $70.00 for our two dogs, we went out to walk the dogs only to find ALL the patches of grass around the hotel had so much dog poop everywhere, I couldn't walk my dogs anywhere close!! They are taking the money for dogs but definitely NOT keeping the grounds even slightly kept decent. I was disgusted. Someone should clean up the grounds!!! So gross and dangerous."

"The staff is terrific, very nice, and very helpful. More towels, more coffee, a blanket, anything, just ask. The property is centrally located, near all the good restaurants, Walmart, and Sam's Club. Interstate 40 is just two blocks down the street. We stay here with our service dog every time we're in Tennessee visiting relatives. It's a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, the TV has soooo many channels, the parking lot is well-lit, and breakfast is served 6am to 9am. There's a Mexican restaurant right on the same property. You can walk right into it a few steps from your room. I highly recommend the terrific Best Western Thunderbird Motel. You won't be disappointed!"

"The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. It was such a comfortable night. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and everything I ate was really good. Totally recommend"

"I only stayed one night. It was ok. My room was clean but had an odd smell. The beds were good. The breakfast was limited to cereal, waffles or a packaged pastry. I would stay here again."
