This Cromwell holiday home includes well appointed open plan living and Google Chromecast to watch what your heart desires, with fantastic views from both indoors and out - unwind in comfort by the fire, stay warm with the underfloor heating and log burner, and look out to the lake and mountain scenery, or set yourself up for ideal summer living on the patio... This is an amazing backdrop year round!  
  
Bedroom 1 at this Cromwell accommodation includes a King bed, bedroom 2 is fitted with a super king bed that can be split into 2 singles, and bedroom 3 has 2 king single beds. Perfect for families and couples, there are 2 bathrooms at Sunhaven Lakeside.  
  
Relax lakeside and gaze at the scenery - the BBQ is on hand for classic kiwi summers, or stroll down to the lakefront for walks and bike rides along the waters edge. The Dunstan Cycle Trail is at your doorstep, offering cyclists and walkers a journey through unique and fascinating landscapes along Lake Dunstan, the Kawarau River and the mighty Clutha River Mata-au. Plus, this central location means you are within easy distance to local amenities and eateries.
