"Charming hotel in the middle of Pittsfield. Love the art, decor and overall fell. Rooms are charming and cozy. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Great spot to stay with the kids (playroom downstairs is awesome). Love the touch of complementary coffee/tea/hot chocolate - always beautifully stocked and well maintained with great selection of products."

"The hot tub and layout of the home was great for two couples. However, we were very uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the home. There were multiple examples of items that had not been properly cleaned between guests (used eye contacts in the carpet, towels in the washer, coffee grounds in the machine, dirty silverware) that prevented us from relaxing in the home. "

"Did not send check-in info via text, when I called they said they sent but never and resent, then gave me the wrong room. I booked double bed but got 1 king bed said double bed booking is not guaranteed and the rooms are sold out. However the worse part is the room is full of smoke smell so badly that seems to be a long term smoking room. We had to buy candles and fragrance spray from CVS but still don't help much. "

"What a wonderful winter getaway! Very responsive hosts, beautiful lake views, great proximity to Jiminy and Bosquet and plenty of space for two families of 4 and grandparents! Can’t wait to book again in the summer and enjoy the lake. They were kind enough to clear a rink on the ice but the kids were too tired after skiing to ice skate! "

"We stayed here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. The house was clean and exactly as shown in photos. Beds were comfortable. Communication with Rebecca was timely and friendly. House was perfect for my husband, me, and our 2 adult children, who could have their own beds. Only downside was one bathroom, but we knew that going in and were prepared to deal with it! It worked out fine with a little planning. "
