Really enjoyed this hotel. However, the neighborhood outside the hotel was very sketchy and clearly there is an issue with drug addiction in the area. I ate at the restaurant within the hotel and went to and from my car in the gated lot. I enjoyed many other towns in the Berkshires, but Pittsfield was not one of them. Wish this hotel was in a different city, as I would love to stay there again. We would have liked to use the exterior hot tub but it was not available due to pool renovations. We were able to enjoy the sauna and shower as an alternative. The breakfast was ample for a "continental buffet". Lastly, the free car charging was a life saver! I hope I have the opportunity to visit again." The pool was in use most of the time we were there as the pool is used for children's swimming lessons. We didn't want to use the hot tub with a bunch of kids and parents splashing around.
