« Well taken care of property had all the amenities you could need and thoughtful hosts. We stayed four nights with our dogs and had no issues. It is on a busy road but fully fenced and not a problem for us. Kitchen is very well stocked too. Would definitely stay again if in the area! »

« We had a great time staying at Mark's place. It was very convenient to Mesa Verde (only 10 minutes from the park's entrance) and centrally located in Cortez for access to grocery stores - even Instacart could deliver there! Mark was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The space was great for a group - the kitchen was well stocked and there were tons of beds. We came with our class and all the students had a great time! »

« This property was located perfectly for day excursions to Mesa Verde and Durango. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Very comfortable furnishings. My only suggestion would be to install screens on the windows and doors. We couldn’t open them at certain times of day due to the bugs. »

« Judy and Dave provided an exceptional house for our visit. Close to national parks and monuments for an endless number of day trips. The house was appointed with everything we needed at the end of a busy day. Everything we needed was there and any questions we had were quickly addressed. « From our perspective, this is the best VRBO in the area. Hosts were great and really made sure we had a great experience. For us the location was close to family and allowed us to unwind and relax after several day trips to surrounding national parks and landmarks. This was the first time we explored locations outside of the local region. We visited Meteor Crater, Petrified Forest, Arches National Park, and the Grand Canyon. Lots of driving but well worth it. »

« Beautifully decorated spacious 2 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bath with 3 living rooms nestled on a grassy farm just north of Cortez. Goats were cute and hiking trails out the back gate were a nice plus. Kitchen had everything of excellent quality. Hot tub was perfect, very hot and clean. Owners were very nice! »

« Bunny's Bunkhouse is a little piece of heaven! Had a wonderful stay. The property has everything you need for a great stay. Loved visiting with the sheep!
