The property is older and a little run down. We knew what we were booking, have stayed there on multiple occasions. The pool is a draw for the kids. It’s walking distance to souvenir shops, great pizza and a pharmacy. The biggest problem was the door code getting into the building. After a long travel day we were tired and didn’t need the extra hassle of waiting 1/2 an hour to get in. We enjoyed watching all the birds fishing in the canal from the condo and the sound of water from the pool water feature. The condo spsce is comforable however the cable/satellite didnt work the whole six days we were there. My husband wanted to watch the NFL play off games so we called the manager who called the owner who said it was cable company, and they were working on it. Four days later my husband called the cable company who said the manager needed to come to the location and call them to trouble shoot it so the problem is that condo not an over all issue in the ares. The room itself is clean and has everything you need some of the light fixtures need tighting and the front door sticks no tv in the bedroom but don't really need one since i was outside all day. Jul 5, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Not a bad place The overall experience was good with some minor issues… first off the door lock is terrible, hard to lock and unlock and the ten digit code that it requires is a little much to try and remember so you have to look it up every time… when we arrived the WiFi wasn’t working but after reporting it they were very fast to get a service person out to get that resolved… the rug in the living room was filthy and I reported this as well and was told that someone would come out to clean it but that never happened… the overall cleanliness of the place was great minus the rug… the door handle in the bathroom was loose and didn’t work well and the shower head was not working very well either… I chose not to continue to report every little thing but decided I would just add it to the review… minus these things the place was pleasant, quiet area and it had a nice little swimming pool… ##### Jason B. Aug 19, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy #### Clean & Quiet On arriving found closet doors broken & unable to access closet to hang up clothes, and there was no parking permit permit found. I contacted Vacasa immediately to report both issues, received multiple messages telling me where the parking permits were supposed to be located. From 4pm Sunday until after 12:30 pm Monday no meaningful response, but finally staff brought me the permit needed so I wouldn’t get towed. She also worked diligently to remove the housekeeping supplies & unjam the closet doors enough so I could access enough of the closet to hang up clothes, which I appreciated due to being told she didn’t know when they could get someone to actually fix the doors. Not a great start to the week, but I must say I found the condo very clean & quiet. Also appreciated the elevator & luggage carts for ease checking in & out. Nice balcony overlooking pool & canal. Everything was in good working order except the front door VERY hard to open & close. I would probably stay here again as it was also close to everything and so quiet it was like I had the building to myself. ##### Kathleen S. Stayed 5 nights in Aug 2023 ### 6/10 Okay #### Jenn C. May 12, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice place but needs so things fixed. Overall, the condo was clean and nice. A few issues we noticed that were concerning for us with small children (hence the 3 rating). One of the spindles is broken on the back patio is broken and definitely something a child could squeeze through. The chairs on the patio are past their useful life, it felt risky to sit in them without having them break. The kitchen light is burned out but the ceiling fan worked. While nice they provided laundry pods, they were left on top of the washing machine where a child could access and in a zip lock bag. It wasn’t until we were leaving that we found the plug for the tub. It was tucked between the shower curtain and liner. As such, we couldn’t bathe our toddlers. The toilet seat is broken on one side. The secondary deadbolt inside the unit does not work. The emergency exit for the unit does not match the layout. Lastly, not necessarily the units issue but more a complex issue. The front railing outside the unit is not stable. He leaned into it and felt like it would give way. Would I stay here again, yes.
