The mattress on the sofa bed does need to be replaced as it is very flimsy and could not accommodate an adult. Our 10 yr old boy was fine on it though. We had an incident with the unit above us where the A/C overflowed and leaked through the ceiling. However, the maintenance guy was there in a flash and got it fixed. Team was extremely responsive.

Don't do it!

We had to borrow wood from construction company to support the bed because the support legs were busted or missing. Very minimal kitchen utensils and junk silverware. Ceiling fan in bedroom is loose and wobbles- the neighbor upstairs actually called the office complaining about it resulting in a call to us. This condo gets no sunlight due to being on north side of building. You can hear the people upstairs every time they walk across their floor. Very limited beach view...more sand dune and beach access road view Condo needs alot of TLC.
