I know I only paid £33 for the room, promised tea and coffee facilities. Tea only. Curtains hanging from runners. Bed and mattress weren't a pair, no mattress cover only sheet and quilt barely fit the bed. The wardrobe when you opened the door, the back panel was hanging off. The shower cubicle itself needed replacing or total refurbishment. In general the place was a dump "

"Beautiful from top to bottom - wonderful extras like fresh milk in the fridge, a chocolate treat and great coffee. All staff were amazing - so friendly and welcoming and genuinely kind. We have already recommended Hotel indigo to our friends - just a shame that we were only staying one night! "
