It's clean and well equipped. Even the cleaning woman is nice. They have a texting system with which to contact the very helpful staff 24/7\. It is an easy walk or train way to hop around Copenhagen. I like the way we can have curtains open and yet have some privacy. I think the passcode system is wonderful because I tend to lose keys. Oh...and they have a laundry mat!!! It was such a gift!! August was very attentive and communicative and was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. The ONLY downside was that it is a sixth floor walk up which was not in the online listing.
