"Honestly I would probably stay there again if I’m ever in that part of the country. My only issue was that the fire alarm went off at 5am on April 1st and pretty much everyone had evacuated via the stairs. However, no one from the front desk or any staff ever came out to tell us it was a false alarm and that it was ok to go back into the hotel. There was some Ken standing on one of the balconies that yelled down to us to tell us it was a false alarm and that the kitchen staff had burned something. According to the person who informed us, she ended up calling the front desk and they told her no need to evacuate. It would have been nice if someone from the front desk had come outside to assure us and let us know it was ok to go back in. "

"The property and staff were wonderful, it was so clean too! The firepits weren't working, it would've been so nice to have those though. I loved the outdoor hot tub, their pool is indoors, which I thought was a tad odd, instead of being outside. Either way, we really enjoyed our stay "

"We were very happy with our stay at this Hilton. The room was very clean and in great condition. All staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool and slide, as well as the large hot tub and the indoor pool. Our room had two queen beds and a pull out couch perfect for our family of 5. The bathroom was in between with two separate TVS and a great space for clothes and suitcases. VERY close to all of the fun in Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend!"

"THEY CANCELED ON US LAST MINUTE! They then gave us conflicting answers saying we’d be able to check in a day late, the next day they said our whole reservation was cancelled! We had already made the drive to find out we had NO WHERE to stay! DO NOT BOOK HERE! You might not actually have a place to stay!"
