"If I could give it zero stars I would!! Note, I don't typically do reviews but I was very compelled by this experience. No fridge in the room, the door to go outside does not reach the ground, so pollen and bugs can get in. My allergies were triggered every morning!! Eventually had to use a towel to cover the opening, no curtains just blinds so the light was coming through the sides of the window through the night, The bathroom door doesn't close due to toilet blocking it, so hold your nose when others are doing their business, I tried to call the front desk but the phone states not registered when I picked it up, internet does not work so I had to use my mobile hotspot to use my ipad, room not so clean, no dresser to store clothes and belongings. Horrible stay, I left a day earlyNo fridge in the room, outside door does not reach the ground, bathroom door doesn't close due to toilet being in the way, phone states not registered so we were unable to reach the front desk, internet does not work, room not so clean. The only upside was how close it was to the Kia Center. Horrible stay, I left a day early."

"From the initial email from David, welcoming me to the hotel asking if I had any request or needs before arriving. I simply wanted a higher floor and that was granted...Room 1204 Nice! Upon arriving I was greeted by George, who was awesome and so gracious as to tell me about the neighborhood and give me a map to the Kia Center and surrounding areas- Love it... I encountered Kayla the next day when I went down for drinks and then Jeffery when I needed silverware and a microwave the following day. I had an Awesome time in Orlando, I was there to celebrate my daughter's acceptance to Medical School and to support my son and his team at the Kia Center- which is why I chose the hotel for its close proximity. Everyone that I encountered was on point and the customer service was unmatched! Upon checking out I met and talked to Edmundo and he was delighted that we truly enjoyed the stay and all the team members were awesome.. * I will also like to thank the house man, the dynamic ladies taking care of the rooms and the young guys and young lady outside/ Valet they were awesome and made a great impression as well. I am grateful for the experience. I shall see you all hopefully in November for my birthday! Thank You All Sonia"

"The whole hotel complex felt UNSAFE. The room was not clean at all. Bathroom was especially terrible. Toilet wasn't clean. All towels had so many stains, they were disgusting. "

"I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at this property. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, there was a persistent odor of smoke and mildew throughout the room. As someone with asthma and allergies, this created a very uncomfortable and unhealthy environment. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floors, walls, and surfaces were visibly dirty and covered in dust. My fiancé, who has a severe nut allergy, even found an almond on the floor beside the bed, which is a serious health hazard and reflects a complete lack of proper cleaning protocols. Additionally, there were no basic amenities provided—no soap, shampoo, or conditioner. The towels that were available were stained with brown spots, which is both unhygienic and unprofessional. The only items present were a wobbly mini fridge, visibly dirty towels, stained walls, dusty surfaces, and a partially used bottle of mouthwash, which is entirely inappropriate. To make matters worse, there was no staff available on-site to address our concerns during our stay. This lack of support only added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, this property is highly unprofessional and grossly overpriced for the quality provided. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others not to book here. I am requesting a full refund, as the conditions were unacceptable and did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or hospitality."
