Lakefront Artist's Loft - Relax in Luxury!

  • Si vous voulez vous entourer de beauté et de confort, ce studio est fait pour vous! L’espace présente des œuvres d’art originales (je suis l’artiste) et offre une vue imprenable sur le lac Silver, alimenté par une source, depuis l’énorme balcon du 2e étage. Veuillez noter que vous devez être disposé et capable de monter les escaliers en colimaçon extérieurs pour accéder au deuxième étage.

    Pour votre confort intérieur, nous fournissons des draps 100% coton, des oreillers en bambou et un matelas queen à plateau-coussin. Un Keurig avec toutes les fournitures pour votre café du matin est disponible ainsi qu'un micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur. Nous avons un accès Internet haut débit et de nombreux points de recharge Un petit coin salon offre un espace pour travailler ou se blottir et lire un livre.

    Le confort en plein air vous attend également sur la terrasse du deuxième étage, au bord de la piscine ou au bord du lac. Prenez un verre de vin et regardez le coucher de soleil depuis le canapé du pont. Lounge près de la piscine et profiter du soleil ou assis au bord du lac dans une chaise Adirondack et à la recherche de la faune. Vous remarquerez peut-être des bassistes, des aigles, des faucons pèlerins, des canards et des loutres.

    Notre maison est située dans un quartier calme de College Park, à proximité des hôpitaux, des arénas, du centre-ville et des attractions. De nombreux restaurants et magasins sont accessibles à pied. Nous avons une place de parking disponible pour vous à la maison ou UBER / Ascenseur sont facilement disponibles. Pour votre commodité, l'enregistrement et l'entrée se font via une serrure sans clé pour que vous puissiez aller et venir à votre guise. Nous sommes heureux d'aider avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin ou de vous laisser seul dans la paix et la tranquillité.

    IMPORTANT: Comme ce studio est situé au deuxième étage, vous DEVEZ être disposé et capable de monter l’escalier en colimaçon extérieur.

Tranquility

The neighborhood was lovely. The view from the balcony was just beautiful. I had my tea and croissant each morning looking out over the water, watching the pelicans diving for fish. A very relaxing stay. Highly recommend.

As advertised....

We stayed while we were doing some renovations to our home ( almost a month ). You will wake up to a beautiful view of the Lake and enjoy the backyard pool and all of its surroundings. Joan is a 1st rate host and a great person who will do her best to make sure that your stay is everything that you are expecting it to be. 5 Star Stay

Everything about this property was amazing. Beautiful scenery. Very calm and quiet. The room is cute and clean and has everything you need. Great shower. Pool is serene and even tho it was cold we got in daily haha. We were staying for EDC and it was a quick convenient drive there. We ate and drank at a few places within a few minutes from the house and everything was amazing. We have never stayed in this area of Orlando and i am so glad we did. Communication with quick and kind with Joan. Very happy with our stay and plan to come back for EDC stay again.

Pack light and enjoy closeness

Recently retired, stayed for a week with my wife. Getting suitcases up the spiral staircase required effort from both of us and proved challenging. Beautiful view overlooking peaceful lake from deck.Toilet/shower area is all in the same converted bedroom space so best be well acquainted with any companion you may take.

A wonderful relaxing setting

As my first VRBO experience, I could not have chosen better than staying in the Lakefront Artist's Loft! The second-floor view from the deck directly outside the entry door is calm and serene. A dedicated parking spot for my car was appreciated. Downtown College Park with its shops and restaurants is only a few minutes away. Joan, the host, was very responsive and communicated well with me. I would stay here again and again!

Enjoyable quiet experience

This property was a nice studio apartment on a quiet lake. Studio apartment was exactly as shown. All questions from owner were answered quickly. Physical grounds (ie pool area) are in need of a little refresh. I did not swim in the pool Overall a great quiet retreat for one person. Enjoyed watching the wildlife on the lake.

Comfortable Stay and Amazing View

My husband and I loved our stay. It was clean and there was everything we needed for our four night vacation. I agree with the other reviews that the view from Joan’s property is absolutely stunning, and it was a very private location. I also agree with the other reviews that the spiral staircase is a bit difficult to navigate luggage up, but having had the heads up about it from reading other reviews made me know what to expect, so it really wasn’t a bother. Nice, quiet neighborhood, and overall a decently short drive to various attractions in Orlando. Loved the place! Thanks, Joan!
