« There is no laundry service per say, but washing machines publicly available. This is nice to have, but a laundry service in addition would just be perfect for you to choose. Excellent breakfast ! The buffet is perfect ! »

« mountain setting, especially when the area is covered in snow. It is tucked away but still right off the freeway, making it easy to access while still feeling surrounded by the mountains. The views are definitely one of the highlights of staying here. The lodge has more of a rustic, old school cabin feel rather than a modern hotel experience. They use traditional keys instead of key cards, there is no 24 hour on site staff, and there is no room service. If you are expecting full hotel amenities...

« The hottub should be adult only. There were a lot of kids playing in the hottub splashing water everywhere. I decided to not get in the hottub. I can expect that in the pool, but the hottub is for relaxing. »

« At check in, I was not provided a room. I was told that the boiler went out and they didn't have a room for me and my family. No prior notification was provided. We had to find a room at another hotel in town. This was a total nightmare, and I will never book a room at this hotel ever again!! »
