"Rooms need updating. Price on street sign was markedly lower than price we paid. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Great view from an upper floor room. Parking was fine. Loved the stagecoach."

"It was honestly terrible and over priced. They can take advantage of it being a small town and only a few hotels to choose from to charge more, but the tv didn't work, there wasn't an office attendant at all, outlets in the walls were missing, electrical was questionable when an entire wall of outlets only works when you switch on the light, no hairdryer and no breakfast as advertised."

"This is a quiet, lovely hotel. Be aware though, there is no food. None. No muffins, no convenience store, etc. There are not a lot of options for quick food in this small town, especially late at night, so having a room without a kitchen to make your own food was difficult for us. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay. "

"No check-in without driving to alternative hotel back towards town. Breakfast at 8-9:30….arrived at 8:30….no meat (bacon or sausage). Went to alert kitchen that many diners were seated and dissatisfied, and found note on kitchen door saying ‘back in 15 minutes’. Half hour later, returned and said ‘had to go pick up my papers.’ Breakfast ended, we all left with just eggs and pastries/yogurt. Rates increased, on-site service greatly reduced and breakfast disappointing. "

"We had a wonderful stay. We were there for two nights. Extremely clean, quiet, and close to shops and restaurants. Every room has a balcony that overlooks the river. It was very peaceful. They have a hot tub on site which you have to make a reservations for. But I actually enjoyed that because you don’t share a hot tub with strangers. Would definitely stay here again."

"My only comment is that the shower stall floor was extremely slippery.Need to install shower floor mats"

"Staff was amazing and bent over backwards to help us correct our reservation (our error). Room was clean. Easy walking distance to the best sites in Twisp."
