"A few mouse droppings were seen in second floor bath to the right of the vanity. Scratching sounds were heard coming from the ceiling directly below the second floor bath. In general, the house was clean upon our arrival. Several of the window screens were missing. The one for a kitchen window was seen on the ground below that window partially covered with leaves, needles etc. The unit was a great space overall. Great location at a fair competitive price. Bedrooms were very adequate. Kitchen and living space well stocked as far as pots, pans, cooking equipment, entertainment etc. We would definitely stay there again. The grounds in general were well kept although the bushes next to the deck door were a tad overgrown. The common area around the hot tub, swimming pool and warming hut were clean and well kept. It is a great out of town property offering privacy while easy access to town for restaurants etc."
