"The workers were great and room was clean, but there wasn’t any hot water. Coming back to shower, relax and rest but hated that me and my kids had to take cold showers that night. No I didn’t call the front desk because we were already tired and didn’t want to have to deal with excuses and possibly moving to another room. "

"This property is currently rated above a 9, which set a certain level of expectation for our stay. Unfortunately, the experience felt much more average than the rating would suggest. To start with the positives, the front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful, and they were the standout part of the stay. However, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property fell short of what I would expect from a hotel with such a high rating. Several areas felt worn and the hotel is clearly showing its age. During breakfast, trash was overflowing and the area generally felt unclean. The breakfast attendant also did not come across as particularly hospitable, which added to the overall impression. For a hotel rated 9+ out of 10, the standard should feel noticeably elevated. In comparison with other properties in this category, this stay felt more like a 6–7 out of 10 experience. There are some good staff members here, but the property and cleanliness standards need improvement to match the rating."
