« Excellent location. Will come back for sure. »

« Rien de négatif à dire, très bel hôtel. N’offre pas de déjeuner! »

« My window in the loft didn’t close and the blinds were broken but I turned the heat on. No maid service during a4 night stay which was fine as I pick up after myself just fine and always reuse my towels but thought that was strange. Maybe that’s how it is now and I’m the dumb one haha but the place was nice. Just a minute walk to the convention center in the tunnel, very convenient »

« Terrible experience. We booked 5 months in advance, and they gave away our larger 1-bedroom suite and replaced it with a simple single room with 2 queen beds. First, they claimed it was due to "a contract they had with OSU hospital," then they blamed third party apps (i.e. Expedia) for over booking the rooms. Then we found that the heat in the room wasn't functioning properly, so we froze all night. There was no hair dryer so had to go to front desk to get one, thought it wasn't working then...

« Bien »

« The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was better than I expected and had a variety of things to choose from. The bed was really comfortable and all the pillows were nice. I was most impressed by how clean literally everything was. Cleanliness in hotels is the thing I’m always the most critical of and these guys were top notch. For the price this place was somewhat unbelievable and we intend to stay here again. »
