Chalets à Columbus Est

« Checked in early evening for a one night stay. I was given a room on the third floor. No big deal but the building elevator was out of service. I couldn’t or wasn’t going to haul two suit cases three floors. They gave me an ADA room on the first floor. The room was on the common wall to the building entrance. The nearly all night noice of the coming and going of others was annoying. I didn’t get much sleep. »

« Our stay was booked for 12/29-1/2. the heat thermostat didnt work. i notified the host & he suggested to give it time to heat up. we were in condo for hours & temperature did not get above 50 degrees. The fan would run but heat would not kick on. I found tampons/pads in both bathroom trashcans, trash behind console in livingroom, gummy candy on floor, water bottle in freezer, water in bathroom sink (unable to drain), used shampoo/toothpaste. « This hotel may have been a little dated but all other things were great. The staff was so helpful and friendly. All rooms had king beds even 2 king beds in our room. The mattresses and pillows were so comfy. The price was so reasonable. When we travel to the Columbus in the future we will stay here again. »

« Our room was clean and the staff was polite. The lobby and breakfast areas needed a little attention. Breakfast choices were very limited compared to the other 5 hotels where we stayed on this trip. Overall it was not bad, Small improvements could be made. »
