"Hotel overall was clean. Our room was standard but clean as well. Staff was helpful and friendly. We were there for a concert and it was within walking distance which was great. Food however was terrible. Very limited options and nothing is fresh. If you are going to be there on a busy weekend you need to make reservations ahead of time. Everything gets very busy. Unless you like Panda Express, McDonalds or Subway you will be fine. "

"We stop here about once a month. Decent in needles is excellent. It’s not a fancy hotel. It has a little age on it, but it is always clean. The staff who gives you your key is excellent. She is always right on top of everything and does everything she can to make your stay perfect. The grounds are clean. Everything is good. The room is great! "

"Buffett breakfast was cold! No tidying up or fresh towels on a two night stay. Poorly managed pool area. Not close to enough chairs no staff around and they had a band playing. Room service was knocking on our door at 8:30 am. Room was near elevators. Sorry for complaining, but no sleep, no good food or service can make cranky. There are other choices to stay. "

"Room was great with a nice balcony. All rooms have two queen beds so if only two travelers you’ll have an extra bed. It’s a bit out of the way from everything so keep that in mind. There is a restaurant on site but the food is just okay and service is super slow. We got passed over many times and people behind us kept getting served first. Pool is not heated and hot tub wasn’t working. "

"Ocurrieron muchos problemas en mi estadia no fue una buena experiencia empezando que mi cuarto olia a mariguana todo el tiempo que estube y el que fuimos a la disco si se le pudiera llamar asi hasta los de seguridad me llamaron por culpa de un empleado que no tiene modales para referirse a los clientes las 6 personas que ahi se encontraban en el momento del problema me preguntaron que si ahi se trataban a las personas asi era su primera vez en ese hotel y el encargado de ese lugar no se si estaba bajo algo o cansado que no pude ni hablar con el fue mejor ignorarlo para ver para mas un desamparado de la calle esa fue mi experiensa ese dia Gracias"

"Staff at front desk and in the breakfast room were great. Bed was comfortable, room felt dated. Properly was quiet but there were some trains going by at times. Breakfast was okay and the attendant kept everything stocked and the room clean."

"I was told by the front desk staff that the room should be quiet as I asked for but instead the room is facing highway and is very noisy even in the midnight through 3am the next morning, l lost several hours sleep for the night stay. In addition the shower water is too strong and is not adjustable as needed."
