The family room was large with nice comforts and large bathroom with separate shower and tub. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection for every taste and diet. The location was central to the main tourist attractions, train station, restaurants and shopping.

Great location that is a 4 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is perfectly maintained. The hotel restaurant was excellent and there were dozens of other options within easy walking distance.

I arrived at 1pm dead tired and was not able to check in to my room until 3pm. That kind of influenced how I saw that hotel. The staff was nice and friendly, but not very accommodating. I’ve stayed at other hotels arriving early and never had an issue at check in. To be fair, the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. But would I stay here again? Probably not.

Great location to walk about the city. Room was comfortable with no complaints. Staff were not very helpful when checking in. Depending on which part of the floor you stayed depended on which lift you had to use to avoid steps. Thankfully I was there to help my mother, but we were annoyed to discover the spa lift would have took us to our rooms without needing to carry luggage up stairs.
