Very clean this time but we were obviously first renters of the season and there was an overwhelming musty odor that even four days of open windows couldn't kill. "I really did not know what to expect renting this, but I have to stay it was the perfect spot. The apartment was clean, airy and extremely comfortable. The marina is small, quiet and efficient.
