Your vacation begins in the charming old-world of CDA's finest neighborhood- Fort Grounds. This is an updated older home with old-world charm. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, backyard and front sitting porch. The property accommodates 8 guests (more if utilizing the 2 full-size pull-out sofas). 3 Smart TVs, stocked kitchen, linens, washer/dryer, & 2 separate living rooms for the family to feel at home. Beautiful Historic Property Great Location

We had a lovely time. The space upstairs and downstairs was nice and the backyard was easy to hang out in and jump in and out of the hot tub.

Art on the Green

Needed a house nearby the grounds of the NIC, as we volunteer at the Art on the Green Festival each year. Gretchen's house met our needs! Beds for all, air conditioning, walking distance to all important locations, a wonderfully stocked kitchen. Made our stay in Idaho enjoyable and easy!

Family Fun in CdA

This bungalow was fun perfect for the family and only a couple minute walk yo the beach, downtown and the park.

Fantastically located, moderately updated, clean house

Had a great time with our family here. The house is in a great location to get around to downtown and the lake especially with bikes. There’s a fenced in backyard too. There are three bedrooms. Two rooms with queens and one room with double bed bunks. The interior is moderately updated and in fine working order.
