« This place is crying out for The Hotel Inspector or Gordon Ramsay to storm in and shake the owners out of their stupor. There’s genuine potential here — the kind of charm and setting that could make it special — but it’s completely undermined by a burnt-out, disengaged owner whose negativity sets the tone the moment you walk in. There were no menus, no prices on display, and ultimately no transparency — which meant the final bill arrived as a rather unpleasant surprise. Yes, I know I should’ve...

"Épaté par la chambre, tout très bien, sa taille, sa propreté, un coin salon cuisine, une partie chambre, très bien équipés, en prises (y'a même 2 grandes télés côté chambre et côté salon), sans oublier la grand terrasse ou la grande salle de bain; l'accueil aussi impeccable ; seule curiosité, de devoir réserver la salle de sport (pourtant très peu utilisée pendant mon séjour); tout globalement quand même remarquable (pour un prix extrêmement raisonnable par rapport à d'autres hébergements)"

"Chambre placée juste derrière les ascenceurs, au niveau de la machinerie. Autrement dit, impossible de dormir. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre le lendemain et le personnel a très gentiment trouvé une solution, avec une categorie de chambre inférieure. A quoi bon payer plus cher pour une chambre plus grande si c est impossible de dormir dedans"

"une seule personne à l’accueil à l’heure des arrivées, les clients attendent. Quand j’ai fini par avoir ma carte clé, je suis monté à la chambre mais la carte ne fonctionnait pas. Retour à l’accueil. toujours qu’une seule personne. j’ai du aller chercher dans les étages une employée qui est retourné e à l’accueil pour activer la carte. personne ne s’emeut ni ne s’excuse. pour ce désagrément due à un oubli de l’employé seul et debordé."
