« Peu de possibilités dans la région d'où le choix de cet hôtel situé dans un très joli cadre même si fort décentré (voiture obligatoire). Chambres assez sympathiques MAIS dépourvues de toute insonorisation, avons subi un bruit de tapotement régulier jusqu'à peu après 22h00 sans parler du moindre chuchotement (pour ne pas dire plus...) des chambres voisines. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et excellent, il manquait juste une machine à espresso mais il y avait du café philtre sur la table. »

« The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. »

« Wir haben letzte Woche eine Nacht in der Unterkunft am Bach zugebracht. Das Zimmer ist im 50er/60er-Jahre-Stil eingerichtet. Die Zeit scheint hier dtehengeblieben zu sein, zumindest mit den Investitionen. Das Zimmer roch sehr muffig. Die Betten/Bettwäsche waren feucht und musste ausgetauscht werden, da sich alles sehr unangenehm auf der Haut angefühlt hat. Sorry, aber das kann man heute nicht mehr zur Unterkunft anbieten. Zum Glück waren wir nur auf der Durchfahrt. Der Vermieter war zwar sehr...

« Changement de chambre dès les premières minutes, non respect des demandes. Chambre spacieuse, bon couchage, sdb fonctionnelle. Dommage que l'on ne propose pas aux clients le choix du nettoyage où pas, il faut le réclamer. Rideaux non occultant, rue très passante et passage d'avion, donc bruyant. « Accueil impeccable, personnels sympa et agréable. Ma chambre est grande, avec un balcon. Pas de climatisation, pas de minibar, les rideau ne couvre pas la totalité de la fenêtre et pour le calme, obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte la nuit 🌃, météo caniculaire, un avion ✈️ toutes les 3 minutes, donc impossible de dormir. Point positif, la restauration. »

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Maritim Hôtel de Cologne. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’accueil chaleureux et professionnel du personnel, toujours disponible et attentif. Cette première impression positive s’est confirmée tout au long de notre séjour. Notre chambre était confortable, propre et bien équipée, offrant un cadre reposant après nos journées de visite. La literie de qualité et le calme de l’espace ont largement contribué à notre confort. Le petit déjeuner a également été un vrai plaisir : varié, généreux et composé de produits frais. Le choix proposé permet à chacun de trouver son bonheur, et l’ambiance du buffet est agréable. Quelques points méritent toutefois d’être soulignés. L’hôtel est immense, presque démesuré, ce qui peut donner une impression un peu impersonnelle et rendre les déplacements internes moins fluides. Par ailleurs, il nous a fallu relancer deux fois la réception pour que la chambre soit faite, un détail surprenant et en dessous de ce que l’on attend d’un établissement affiché quatre étoiles. Dans l’ensemble, nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour, mais quelques ajustements dans l’organisation renforceraient encore l’expérience."

"The rooms are spacious but not very functional. There was a water leak next to the toilet but it didn't get fixed despite requesting it twice. It is not always easy to turn on/off the lights. You need to press several times the buttons. The service in the hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and my room was not ready. No problem, I totally understand and went for lunch. I come back around 15:15 and my room was still not ready. No solution was found except please wait. I finally got my room at 15:30 after insisting. There is no power plugs in the room next to the desk. I asked for an extension cable and the answer I got was "we do not have, please buy it yourself". I finally realized myself that I could move the TV and found a plug there. "

"Hôtel annoncé surbooké à notre arrivée sur place à 21h, après nous avoir fait patienter 30min. Rapatriés sur un autre hôtel du groupe, en plein milieu d’un aéroport, alors que celui ci était en centre ville. L’hôtel en question faudrait un soirée DJ, rempli de personne éméchées. Aucune considération pour le client, parking excrément cher sur place remboursé une nuit sur nos deux nuits. "
