Die Zeit scheint hier dtehengeblieben zu sein, zumindest mit den Investitionen. Das Zimmer roch sehr muffig. Die Betten/Bettwäsche waren feucht und musste ausgetauscht werden, da sich alles sehr unangenehm auf der Haut angefühlt hat. Sorry, aber das kann man heute nicht mehr zur Unterkunft anbieten. "The room was clean and the cleaning staff came to clean our room even though we only had a two night stay. Do not leave anything that needs to be refrigerated in the room because the cleaning staff will take the key that keeps the fridge on. We loved the stay and will be back but will only plan on no perishables going in the fridge next time. "

"Gorgeous room. Great view. Comfortable bed. Great location. Really enjoyed our stay despite a couple of downsides: We needed a bed for a teenager, despite impressions from our booking that it might be a proper bed, it was a cot that was rolled in. incredibly long time to get hot water in bathroom, very wasteful. With all the restaurants in the hotel, it would be nice if there were a place just to get coffee in the AM. "

"Clean room, nice decor. No kettle in the room (which is not uncommon in Germany I think), but late at night to first thing in the morning you can pick up a free coffee downstairs. The room with a view overlooking the railway did have some noise as they were carrying out engineering work overnight, but it didn't disturb us. A really nice hotel at a good price, in a excellent location."

"Dear Hyatt Regency Köln Guest Relations Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding an experience I encountered during my recent stay at your property in Cologne, Germany. Despite the restaurants on-site appearing to have available capacity on the evening in question, I was unfortunately unable to secure a dining reservation at either of the two hotel restaurants. As a result, I was compelled to leave the hotel premises and travel into the city centre in order to dine — an inconvenience that I had not anticipated, nor considered necessary given the facilities advertised as part of the guest experience. This situation had a significant impact on the overall enjoyment of my stay. As my evening was spent travelling to and from the city centre for dinner, I was subsequently unable to make use of the hotel's leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and spa areas, which I had very much looked forward to. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and reviewed accordingly. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further and to understand what measures might be put in place to prevent similar inconveniences for future guests. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response. Yours sincerely,"
