10/10 Excellent

"Fairfield Inn & Suites exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice bonus. It was perfect for a light meal before heading out each morning, so we didn’t have to start the day on an empty stomach. The staff were friendly and helpful. We accidentally left an AirPod in our room after checking out, and they found it and kept it safe for us until we returned. Parking was spacious and cost only $10 per night, which we found very reasonable. The location was also very convenient. We picked up our rental car at the airport, and the hotel was only about a two-minute drive away. It was an excellent base for exploring both Providence and Newport."

"The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly. The valets were wonderful. The front desk staff was a great help when we checked in and the air-conditioning was not working in our room, they had us moved to a new room with working air-conditioning very quickly. We loved the bar staff in Fleur! They were great!"

"This is a European-style, inexpensive but hip hotel, conveniently located in Downtown Providence, best for the younger traveler who may not require amenities like in-room coffee or fridge or a sturdy mattress. Our “suite” was small but artistically decorated, lacked a wardrobe and serviced by a tiny, shower-only toilet. The hotel lobby is serviced by a cafe bar and coffee table filled with art catalogues & magazines. There’s an excellent French restaurant next door and a Karaoke Bar in the back of the hotel."

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Warwick-Providence (Arpt) by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Room was clean Breakfast area was good, employee kept the food replenished. Unfortunately the rear door to the building was locked and we had to walk the entire length of the building to enter it. We are disabled and there were no spaces available in the front of the building. Area was quiet. They need to install cigarette receptacles so the parking lot doesn’t look like a ashtray."
