"Excellent food, hospitality and cleanliness"

"The rooms were unique and lovely. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We highly recommend it."

"A very cozy, relax, warm family to stay, and must come back again, and recommend to you. Before i book on Expedia, i also checked their rate on google map. After that, i just book without second thought. It's so true the house is very classic to me, and i was so welcome to home and like a family. Mr. Mustafa and his wife are so friendly to all the guests. Since i'm traveling alone, so i just book a simple double room, which is ground floor, like half basement. All house are built by local...

"Very polite helpful staff, clean comfortable unique rooms, amazing homemade breakfast"

"Just fantastic! 5 starts! A beautiful property with wonderful staff. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I've been traveling for 3 weeks straight and this is my favorite place."

"Absolutely perfect Turkish hospitality. DO NOT miss the breakfast - amazing! Lovely place in a quieter part of this region."

"My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and overall enjoyed our stay because it has amazing views, unique experience being an actual cave hotel and nice breakfast on the terrace with lovely personnel. I think it's important to mention that it would be great to have a clear signage about where to get checked in and also the rest room for people who can't be checked in yet or already checked out but waiting for time to depart."

"Tout était parfait, Barat à la réception était toujours disponible et extrêmement serviable. J’y suis demeuré pendant 5 nuits et recommande cette établissement à 110%. "

"it was nice, next to hobit tower"

"Berry nice hotel"

"Great location, delicious breakfast, and really helpful staff, especially Sidika, who helped us book our hot air ballon tour!"

"We can’t believe we were so lucky to find this amazing place!!! It has great free parking, easy walk to everything and wasn’t in the crazy, touristy town of Gerome… but minutes away. We spent more time in Orthinsar than anywhere because it was so charming. The breakfast was wonderful… omelets, full spread. The pool is clean and in a great spot for after a long day for a swim in the sun. If we return to Cappadocia, we wouldn’t stay anywhere but the Noble Blue. Ps. Loved the staff, too!!!"

"The owner Mehmet is super wonderful. He showed us to our room on the very top floor with a private terrace. Immediately after we checked in he asked us to join him in his cafe across the street. He gave us tea and we got to talking. He speaks good English so it was easy to follow him. He is full of information, suggestions, and recommendations. He drew a map of all the places he thought was worth visiting, which we did! And he also gave us restaurant recommendations. The room was spacious and...
