It is in a small village away from the super busy tourist areas of Goreme. The hotel is very cool and has many peaceful patios to relax. The staff is excellent and the service is superb. If you cannot climb steps, this is not the place for you - keep that in mind. Also, if you are looking to be in the center of the city with all the restaurants and shopping, you must have a vehicle or be ready to pay for a cab. Also, not all the tour companies were willing to come to this hotel even though it is only 25 min. away from their downtown. We loved the fact that they kept all the old caves and converted them to a hotel room and each room is unique. The breakfast spread is unbelievable and also the staff is impacable. Fiyatlar aşırı yüksek olmasına rağmen servis çok yavaştı. Sipariş ettiğimiz yemekler uzun sürede geldi ve lezzet açısından beklentimizi karşılamadı. Fiyat-performans açısından kesinlikle tatmin edici değildi. Odalarda ise ciddi bir ısıtma problemi vardı. Soğuk hava koşullarında konakladığımız için bu durum bizi rahatsız etti. Resepsiyona bildirdiğimizde bize bir ısıtıcı sağladılar, ancak bu da yeterli olmadı ve gece boyunca üşüdük. Olumsuz yönlerine rağmen kahvaltı gerçekten harikaydı.
