Horrible found a piece of chicken in the microwave from previous people. Found hairs in the bathtub. Fridge smelled like rotten meat. Staff was horrible had to cancel my stay and was trying to get a refund but neither the staff or 1800 number where able to help me out.

As an extended stay suite, it supplied absolutely nothing. No coffee in the lobby or coffee machine in the room. There were two paper cups. The website said it had cooking utensils and pans. There was nothing at all, not even tissues available anywhere. There was a functional kitchen but I do not travel with pots and pans, silverware, plates, cups, etc. However, there was a loaf of bread and a bag of potatoes that someone had left behind. I was not expecting fancy, but I did expect a functional suite so I could cook and have coffee. I had to go out for everything. I rarely complain about economy lodgings, but this is an exception. Never again.

We got there at 10:00 p.m. the office door was locked. There was a note on for emergency contact number. When we called they said they closed the lobby at 9:00 p.m. . There was no one there to unlock our door. We would have to find another place.

Staff was useless kitchen was empty except for food left in the fridge and cabinet. A one use shampoo and one of the smallest soap ever seen was the only toiletries. At 5:30 in the morning drunks or drugies banging on the door and screaming in the room next to me lasted half hour. I normally don’t do this but avoid this place at all costs

Add says no fees, soon as I arrived I was charged separate fee. Add also states there is breakfast provided, there is not. Add also states there is coffee and tea in the lobby all day.. there is not anything. So this stay cost me 20 extra dollars every day. 100$ refund is in order.

Horrible!! Worst hotel I have been to. Dirty rugs, old food in microwave, food in kitchen drawers, trash can full and overflowing with food, refrigerator dirty. My husband had to take out the trash. Bathroom floor was sticky. We checked out within 2 hours of checking in!

I want to complain about the reception megastar your attention. I reserve acid for my family and Callao for the children. I called the police because my children were being normal children. I imagine she doesn't have children and she sent me out of the hotel. Terrible service, attention did not make me any return. But I, in respect of what is needed there, they put me in the non-smoking room and the whole hallway was smell. But I don't recommend going there at all. Very bad service to the guesses and with children less or they will make them go through the same as me. The hotel didn't say only for adults so don't go. Because they don't respect customers.

Supposedly you can’t check in after 10 pm, but the staff leave the desk before, there is a phone number and whoever answers the phone is very rude and doesn’t even help. I wasted 2 hours trying to check in even arriving before at 10 pm and they even called me “liar”
