These rock formations are an amazing sight because they seem to have come from nowhere. There are no other formations like these anywhere in sight so you're left with a sense of wonderment. There are large boulders in the area but nothing like these. When you get here, there is a road that goes around the entire area so you can see the formations from all angles. Easy walking distance to Broadmoor Arena, the movie theater, Target, and some restaurants. Right off the highway. My room had a few problems. The bathroom door needs to be planed, as it grazes the floor. Toilet sits a bit too low for me. The convenient side outlets on the little table between the beds did not work. Other than a few hiccups, it was a very nice hotel and most of what I expected from a Double Tree Hilton. Very clean and the lobby area was very classy. Breakfast was nice. There's a menu option or the buffet and a Starbucks. Enjoyed my stay very much."
