"They had me in room 103 next to the hotel side door all I kept hearing was doors opening and closing all night I couldn’t rest to be honest. And it wasn’t that packed. She could have put me another room. The front desk was in a rush so she just gave me the first thing she saw . I like the LG tv where you can link your Netflix and Apple TV but I didn’t like my room location."

"The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. At check in the service desk didn't explain my total for payment, I booked through expedia and my total was different than when booked through expedia. when I asked why all she kept saying was how did I know my total that was due.. She did not explain that it was a security deposit, did not give us any info. when I went to call front desk about toilet issues, the phone is just there for show and not even plugged into wall. "
