Prachtig appartement en heel ruim. Alle comfort. Vriendelijke gastvrouw die ons zelfs een rit aanbood naar het station. Een aanrader.

We had a little trouble using the heater and the showers so the owner came down to help us out with them! They worked fine after :) Rooms are clean with towels and bedsheets/quilts and there are heaters in the bedrooms so we were nice and warm. 15 min walk from the Christchurch train station and 10 min from Westfield where we got our groceries.

i didn't check in this property due to the owner told me it was checked in by someone else. After negotiation, she finally find me another motel....i can understand she tried to fix it, but, it wasted my time(2 hours) which is very precious to a tourist. Also i spent my money for international phone call to Expedia US.

Very grubby

Very old flat that was not in a clean state from information received after I booked this is a hoilday house situation were you clean up after your self and the people before us has not as a lot of wall paper pealing , stain on most surfaces ie carpet, walls, tiles kitchen counter., couch etc area wise very close to mall 2min walk however that means in a very low income to 5he point of dangerous street lots of noise from parrying students who make up the magority of the street the hose is diffenly in need of a complete overall cleaning wise

Great location, easy walk to the Riccarton Mall. Family friendly and the heat pump was switched on so the apartment was nice and warm on arrival. The owner was very helpful. We would definitely use this place again

Eventhough Unit cupboards are old, Overall very clean. No coffee,tea sugar provided, no shamppo etc like in motel but Comfortable beds and walking distance to shops and Westfield Shopping Centre. Good value for cheap accomodation.
