"We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The location of the property is excellent - a short walk to so many places in the central downtown area - tons of great restaurants nearby. The parking was easy and very convenient - inside parking garage parking spot. The building is new and the apartment is modern and up to date. "Beautiful & clean property will all amenities one might need. I loved the coffee machine & the stunning views of Hagley park. Great location at centre of town. No allocated parking but I had no trouble getting parking right outside the property each day. Only downside is that the property is on the 3rd floor with no lift option. I struggled a bit carrying my luggage up and down, but it was worth the trouble as the accommodation was beyond stunning. And I look forward to staying here in my future...

"Very friendly staff and an excellent bar and restaurant. The room was pretty basic and the loo felt like it was in the room with us. Also got a bit stuffy at night as the window did not open. Having said that it was excellent value for money and really well situated in the city centre. We will definitely stay there again."

"We recieved great service at the front desk. We made mistake with our booking and arrived with no accomodatioon for the day. The girl at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. We managed to get extra night without changing the rooms. Good amenities and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend."

"My first review for the first night stating that we didn't get a good sleep coz of the staffs/ housekeeping talking in the hallway. Today was good as not a lot of people left as it's a Monday plus housekeeping came later. The room is nice and modern with balcony we like it. Location is very good just walking distance to museums, art gallery, shops and restaurants (Riverside market) etc. Reception were good too as well as breakfast just basic continental and bacon eggs but good enough for the price."
