It is the upper level of the house, it features a fully furnished open kitchen, dining and living room area, two exquisite bedrooms & one den. The unit features a private entrance. a large yard and it's own patio area. We are close to shopping, Starbucks, restaurants, pool; few minute to highway, parks, famous Vedder River Rotary Trail and UFV, and ten minutes drive to Cultus Lake. It was super cold inside when we got there but we turned the heaters on and after a few hours it was warm. The house had the necessities but we could have definitely used more blankets and towels. It felt safe and clean though so I have no real complaints.
