The owners had a party in the other half of the basement which went til all hours of the night. People coming and going. Loud people and flood lights shining in the rental. Really no outdoor space as it says. Small parcel of grass but nothing to sit on such as chairs. It was clean tho so that was a plus. A shared washer and dryer with them too.
