And only 2 minutes walk to Clark or Halsted Streets. New open back porch for your enjoyment. Parking included. unit amenities: 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer in the unit. For the safety and security of our guests we installed the security cameras outside the building. They are aimed at parking, front and rear building entry doors and outside passage. Our extended family rented the whole building of Wrigleyville Inn while we were in Chicago for our nephew's wedding. This included Units 1-3 & the Garden Unit. This is a BEAUTIFUL building in a great neighborhood with fun bars, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Our host Peter was so accommodating, including giving us street parking passes along with the 6 spaces behind the building. Each unit is tastefully done and provided with top of the line amenities.
