  • Completely rehabbed 2 bedroom 1 bathroom high end, garden floor condo in a historic greystone, 5 minutes walk to Wrigley Field. And only 2 minutes walk to Clark or Halsted Streets. New open back porch for your enjoyment. Parking included.

    unit amenities: 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer in the unit.

    For the safety and security of our guests we installed the security cameras outside the building. They are aimed at parking, front and rear building entry doors and outside passage. None are inside the apartments or in the spots where they would interfere with guests' privacy.

The location is great. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants as well as Wrigley Field. The home was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. Peter is responsive and the check in and check out process was easy. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Fantastic Stay!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The Kitchen and bathroom are beautiful, the bedrooms are very nice and Peter is such a great host! I highly recommend this property. So close to Wrigley Field and all the shops/bars. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazingly comfortable and modern apartment in a charming old building. Incredibly quiet but steps from the Red Line and all sorts of activity including bars/restaurants/shops in Boystown. Would love to stay here again.

The garden apartment was perfect for our family gathering. The location is convenient and in a nice neighborhood. The layout provided all of us privacy when we needed it and plenty of room for celebrating!

This is a perfect condo for anyone visiting the north side of Chicago. Clean, quiet, updated, comfortable and superb neighborhood. Forget hotels stay here.

Great garden unit!

This apartment was great! It was super clean, very comfortable, and had evedything we needed for our quick overnight stay. The parking that is included is very convenient and the apartment is in a great location, close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops. We would definitely stay agian.

The location to Wrigley Field and public transit was great! Cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The only downside was the very raucous upstairs neighbors who like to karaoke late at night on the weekends.

My husband and I drove in to surprise our oldest for her birthday. The space was very clean and comfortable as well as ideally located next door to her home. We would definitely consider staying her again in the future.

The communication leading up to the stay was great. It was very organized, direct, and efficient. The property is absolutely beautiful and in a fabulous location. Parking was a breeze. Thank you for allowing us to stay in the property and looking forward to booking this again!
