Bedsheets and beds 🛌 we're smelling the bed was lopsided in very uncomfortable.... thet shower felt like you were going to sink into the next floor

Old, dumpy property. Old window AC not adjustable. No thermostat. No access to heat. $250 for downtown is not expensive, but in this case it would be better to stay in a Motel 6 outside of town if you can afford the time for the train ride. This room was not as good. Nice lobby though.
Room was covered in a layer of dust and was overall grimy. Lack of parking for hotel guests resulted in having to park in a nearby lot where our catalytic converter was stolen. Will never return to this hotel.
The hotel is clean. The staffs are helpful and full of energy.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit rough around the edges but serves its purpose. The only issue is the windows are single panes so at night you can hear the trains quite loudly as they pass by every 10 minutes or so. Otherwise was an enjoyable stay.

I wasn’t aware that there isn’t parking (I might’ve missed it in the listing). Also the accessible shower is dangerous it flooded the whole bathroom when I used it. I almost slipped down the ramp coming out and had to mop up the entire bathroom with towels so I wouldn’t get hurt later on.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As a limited service hotel, our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay while you are visiting our great city. While our property does not offer coffee in the lobby, we do have a coffee maker in the room for your convenience. As an option, there is a restaurant located adjacent to our lobby that serves breakfast and lunch everyday. Unfortunately we do not offer parking at our hotel, but the parking facility directly across the street from our front door does offer discounted overnight parking.
The sheets werent clean ,we had no microwave or refrigerator the room was extra small and amid to the covers we only had 2 sheets and some thin blanket as a cover and the walls are so thin you could hear everything outside.I will never stay at that facility ever!!!

Overall! I had a nice stay. I took the suite because it had a microwave and a fridge. It is close to Michigan avenue and at a walking distance of many museums. I only stayed one night but I would definitely come back if I ever come back to Chicago

The location was great but for the price I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels in the exact same area. The rooms were divided by paper walls, the toilet didn’t flush, the climate control didn’t work, there were no blankets on the beds, and the room was the size of a closet. Not at ALL worth the price.

Outlets in the room were hard to find and some didn't work. tv remote not very responsive. worst mattresses I've ever seen in a hotel room, both our queen beds had huge craters in the middle.

We found a cockroach in our bathroom Saturday and the front desk did not believe us since it scurried into the vent in the bathroom. They even insinuated that we placed it there stating, "We will move you, but if another cockroach appears in the next room we can't help you". They asked for a picture of it which we could not get because it was alive and moving! They ended up moving us to a different room which we appreciated, but that same night we got a call from the room phone from someone claiming to be the front desk. They called at 4:55 a.m. asking for a card to have on file for the property. It was very scary and I have heard about these scams on Reddit. We immediately informed the front desk that it happened and it was likely a patron staying in another room that was calling others to try to get their card information. I was worried the entire night because they claimed they would slip a paper of the transaction underneath our door. Them knowing our room number was very scary for us and they should remove being able to call between rooms.

Very old property noisy by the L train alot of homeless around the buildings no vending machines have to go across street for beverages no microwave in room very cold in room

Fairly good hotel for the price on the magnificent mile downtown Chicago. Only thing I didn't like and didn't understand is why the shades are way shorter than the window, room gets very bright early morning, looks like someone doesn't know how to use a tape measure lol.
