Convenient location and great amenities. As we traveled with dogs, it was especially great that the yard is fenced in and has a dog poop station complete with baggies - like the best of dog parks! And the kitchen was well stocked, especially with many options for making coffee (we opted for the easy Keurig! lol). There were even muffin pans for those that might enjoy baking in their time away from home. The home is also well baby proofed with plug covers and cabinet corner protectors, which I know would be appreciated by many. Overall a great home away from home! ##### Yutaka T. Not having to worry about packing a high chair, pack and play, stroller etc helps so much and has become a necessary requirement for traveling. The outdoor space was great and the house was clean and spacious. We did have a bit of an issue with cell phone service, but not necessarily something that would be because of the home more so our own cell phone service provider. ##### Kenzie T. We had a blast with them. Cooked great food and enjoyed how close everything was to us. Truly felt like home. I loved the neighborhood and backyard was extremely chill. The neighbors were super nice. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for myself and my husband and our 2 kids. My kids loved the karaoke machine and playing pool in the garage. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy while we were there, otherwise we would have used the backyard to hang out as well. The house is very close to the train station, we took the train into the city every day for activities. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked. My kids liked that there was tv in the living room and in the bedroom. The water pressure is minimal and one of the toilets did get clogged, but we fixed it. Also the carbon monoxide detector went off in the point bedroom at 4:00am for no reason? We used a fan and it turned off. Overall we loved the house, our kids' loved it, and it was a great home base for our trip. ##### Megan F. Very easy check in , good beds/pillows, and well stocked kitchen. The only thing I would recommend is a wall mirror in every bedroom. Or a door mirror like in the master bedroom would suffice. Tech aspect and operational easiness not good for us. We did okay, but did not record anything for Tic Tok.🙃 Beds and linens were fantastic. Please upgrade the quality of toilet paper...we might as well have had none. Accidently booked in a neighborhood where there were 3 close neighbors we knew. All 3 through the backyard to Emerson. This home is incredibly well thought out, making it such a comfortable place to stay. We were here almost three weeks and couldn’t have been happier. Jacob was a very thoughtful and communicative host. The beds/pillows are so comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. Has a nice backyard with a great seating area. Check in and out process was super easy and quick. Jacob is very responsive to any messages sent. The rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable. The house has everything, even down to the kid friendly corner covers for pointy edges on the furniture. The back yard has toys for the kids, a fire pit and a patio set. There was even an umbrella stroller and pack and play in the closet. The decor was spot on and my Chicago cousins right away knew the colors symbolized the train routes. It was in a great location and nice neighborhood. Any store you need is nearby. The highways are also very close for driving to the city or airport. The home was clean, cozy, and accommodated five adults perfectly. The backyard was awesome also. Every morning we enjoyed having coffee on the covered patio. It was very peaceful the whole time we were there. Jacob, the owner, was very sweet and accommodating with our requests. ##### Diane H. Setup was perfect for our girls weekend, with plenty of seating for dinner and movie night, as well as bed space. Also appears to be very family/child friendly, as corner protectors are on all furniture, and plenty of kids toys/items are available. The only glitch was that it was the first cold night of the year, and as the first tenants to turn on the heat, we discovered that it wasn't working. Jacob was very easy to contact, quick to respond, and worked quickly to get us a temporary fix until maintenance came the next day. We were all very happy with the experience and would 10/10 recommend. ##### Allison B.
