"We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Singapore. The staff were incredibly sweet, attentive and welcoming, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We stayed in the Garden Wing, which was absolutely lovely. Our room had a large balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture, where we enjoyed sitting in the evenings overlooking the beautiful green surroundings. The Garden Wing area feels very lush and peaceful, almost like resort living in the middle of the city. It was the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Singapore."

"Pros: The staff were kind and helpful. Located right on Orchard Road, so very close to everything especially the MRT. Con’s: The hotel amenities in the Superior room that I was assigned to were lacking. The tub was somewhat rusty, shower pressure was poor, the shower curtain had unknown gunk stuck to it, no robes provided, the air conditioner seems to not be working at 18C and the ongoing construction outside was too loud to ignore even past 6pm. "

"Great property, friendly staff. Only downsides was the up and down and around the adequate but not quite complete wayfinding signage around hotel. Also wish hotels would do away with acknowledging their staff based on review feedback...more confident staff push QR code cards onto you constantly, holding you up, yet the most diliigent workers humbly go about unnoticed and don't ask for thanks - you should leave your guests to acknowledge and thank good service with gratuities or personal compliments at their own discretion without asking staff to farm positive online reviews"

"Great location, just outside Exit A of the one-north MRT. Lots of restaurants in nearby Fusionopolis mall and plenty of Grab deliverers made easier by the secure lockers outside lyf. Room was clean, well-presented and appointed and enough space, with private bathroom, work area and bed. Couldn't get the TV to work, so that's more for casting your laptop too, in house WiFi was fast and reliable. Cleaning service left a little to be desired, did not clean mugs/spoons etc or seem to wipe surfaces on the 7 day clean. Shared pantry for fridge items and a drinking water dispenser in the lobby on each floor is a good touch. Very friendly staff, 100% would stay again."

"Good location where it’s not too crowded. Right next to a mall where many small restaurants, great varieties. Also a cat cafe nearby 😹Great food selections in breakfast. Lovely clean swimming pool. Convenient laundry machines. Good exercise room. Room has full-length mirror, many lights and outlets, a padded long seat by the window (could sleep one more person) Well-designed room. We will stay here again if we come in the future."
