We were greeted upon arrival by courteous hotel personnel. Check in was a breeze. Room was spacious with a gorgeous view, sustainable with complimentary water tumblers made from sugarcane. We stepped out for the Night Safari and when we got back, the blinds were drawn, lights dimmed and the scented candle was lit. Talk about taking the extra step! Breakfast was a good selection of different cuisines. Upon check out, Sophen took care of us by booking their driver to take us to Mandai West since we wanted to visit Bird Paradise. We didn't have to worry about our lugagges since she also took care of that. The staff went above and beyond; warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Every interaction made us feel cared for. I would return in a heartbeat.
