Having the zoo right next door was the perfect bonus; it was chef’s kiss in every way. Each morning and night, we were serenaded by the natural sounds of the rainforest, which made the stay feel incredibly peaceful and immersive. The staff went above and beyond; warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Every interaction made us feel cared for. I would return in a heartbeat. It's a nice property in general but have a few issues. Food is below average. Room view may not be what they marketed. Glass window is dirty. No taxi and you have to pay a surcharge. The kids club and service are the bright spots.
