« Great place near beautiful parks and trails. The cabin was cozy and well appointed. The rear deck (with hot tub, grill and hammock) was a nice plus after long hikes. Our soar muscles and big appetites approved. « Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! »

« What a wonderful little adventure! The camper was excellently cleaned, well maintained, and stocked with everything you need for a short stay! The trails and landings a fun, exciting, and beautiful! If you are looking for a leisurely easy walk down to the river this may not be what you are looking for but it’s not bad at all and is super fun! I have had spinal fusion and am limited in mobility and was still able to make the walk down. It’s a quiet little retreat and I highly recommend it! »

I especially loved the den/game room — a fun bonus for relaxing in the evenings.
