Step inside this delightful one-bedroom apartment, where comfort and convenience await. Perfect for up to four guests, the spacious living room features a cosy sofa bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure.  
  
Downstairs, a convenient utility area awaits, equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, and microwave for your added convenience.  
  
Ascend to the upper floor to discover a modern shower room, boasting a generous walk-in shower and a sleek backlit mirror, setting the scene for indulgent relaxation.  
  
Continue through to the inviting bedroom, where a sumptuous king-sized bed beckons, complemented by ample open wardrobe space and another illuminated mirror, making getting ready for an evening in the city a breeze.  
  
The pièce de résistance awaits in the expansive open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. Sink into plush seating as you unwind in front of the smart TV, complete with access to all your favourite apps. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you could need, including an integrated dishwasher, making meal preparation a pleasure.

I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.  
  
Chester is a picturesque city in northwest England, renowned for its historical landmarks, shopping and dining scene, beautiful scenery and family-friendly activities. With an array of options to suit all tastes, visitors can explore the Roman walls, medieval cathedral, designer outlets and Michelin-starred restaurants. Families can enjoy award-winning attractions such as the Chester Zoo and Grosvenor Museum, while nature enthusiasts can take scenic walks along the River Dee or through the city's many parks and gardens.  
  
PARKING: There are carparks nearby at a reasonable rates.  
  
Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.  
  
Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.  
  
Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings and our cleaners schedule, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.  
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse (verbal or physical) or generally antisocial behaviour by guests to our representatives, staff and our neighbours.  
Any violation of the house rules will forfeit the guest the right to leave a public review.
