"This is our second time of staying at Chester Court in as many years and it is lovely to see how the hotel has developed these past years. Not far from Chester central, this hotel is in a great location has ample parking. With well equipped comfortable rooms with a breakfast that would satify the biggest appetite. This hotel is easy to recommend and one we will certainly return to in the future. "

"Easy to find, 14 minute walk from Chester Station. Shops and plenty of food places to buy food for lunch and dinner and restraunts close by. I spoke with Claire, she was lovely, helpful and made me feel very welcome and at home. I highly recomend Maison Claire. I would definitely stay again. "

"Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. Check out time was incorrect stating 1100 when booking email stated by noon. I reply to confirm but didn’t hear back from property. Messaged and called to try and arrange a late check out but no answer or reply via the message facility on here. Panel missing from...

"AVOID THIS PROPERTY. Stayed in December and could not get the hearing to come on. No support from the owner or hotels.com. Came home a day early but refund for last night refused by owners. Bathroom stank and room was a basement. AVOID AVOID AVOID"
